The Enterprise is located in Mandamados in the N.E of the island.
The breeding of stock is a growing Business. As a result of the selected breeds of sheep and goat raised and the climate of the district good quality milk is produced and helps the cultivation of excellent cheece products. 

The Enterprise was established in 1975 by Efstratios Mistakelis and was continued since 1990 by John Mistakelis.

One of the main purposes of the Enterprise is the improvement of the quality of the products without distortion of their traditional character.
